Mission Statement

We at OurNaturalSoaps strive to make the best product for our friends, family, customers and ourselves. We do not cut corners. We use quality ingredients in thoughtful and researched combination's. We are proud of everything we create and stand behind our products. We are doing this because we are excited about our creations and want to share them with everyone. We all are friends of the earth and donate/volunteer to environmental concerns in our community. We encourage everyone to give back to and help protect and conserve our planet, our soil, water, air, flora, and fauna. Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped within three business days of receiving the order.

Shipping Costs are based upon the total dollar amount of your order. Unlike many Internet stores, we do not try to make additional profit through charging you excessive shipping and handling fees. The shipping costs in the table below closely reflect our actual costs.

Shipments are usually made within one business day of order receipt.
All shipments are made using USPS Priority Mail or USPS Parcel Post.
- USPS Priority takes two to three mail days from the date of shipment.
- USPS Parcel Post takes from seven to 12 days
We do not include any hidden markup in our shipping charges.
We do not include hidden markup in handling charges.
And of course if you live locally and can pick your product up, there is no charge.

Shipping charges are calculated by computing the total weight of your order. The cart then interfaces with the USPS computers to calculate the freight from the shipping point in Largo, Florida to the USPS Zone in which your Zip Code falls.

Total weights are computed based upon average weights entered for a particular product. An average is required because since the soap is cut by hand, there can be variations in the weight of a particular bar. The actual weight of the soap can vary from 3 ounces to as much as 3.5 ounces for regular size bars and from 4.5 ounces to 5 ounces for the large bars. We guarantee that all soap bars weigh AT LEAST 3 ounces.

Refund Policy

We want you and those who receive your gifts to be delighted with our soap. So it is simple...If you're not pleased, please let us know by phone or email so we can discuss next steps of either a refund with original receipt or store credit. You must pay for return shipping.

If you order one of our products or services, we will collect and maintain your name, e-mail address, billing address, shipping address, telephone number, product selections, credit card or other payment information, order number, referring URL, IP address and a password. We collect this, and other information, as disclosed in this policy, in order to fill your order, to communicate with you about your order. Before confirming your order, you will have the opportunity to review the product order form and make changes and additions to the information it contains.
